She’s beauty and brains. She’s Ginger Elizabeth Hahn, formally trained chocolatier and pastry chef who has been studying and working professionally with chocolate for over 10 years; and man, she does a great job of it, too! Ginger is the epitome of a #LadyBoss and if you haven’t tried her yummy treats yet, you’d better get over to 18th and L Streets quick!
I was invited to join friends (and some new faces) at Ginger’s boutique in Midtown Sacramento, where we were each gifted our own selection of goodies: macarons, chocolates, marshmallows, cakes, hot chocolate, ice cream and more. Everything here is created with the utmost care & love, and it’s truly clear: the chocolate produced is Fair Trade, the dairy used is certified humane and her packaging is sourced locally (or within the USA).
We also got to chat with Ginger and her awesome husband, Tom, who made sure we were each taken care of. It was such a fun, intimate meetup.
I happily selected my treats & of course I had to take a few photos for my memory banks!
