My JORD: a review & giveaway!

Let me tell you about the latest accessory I’ve added to my growing collection. It’s a JORD Watch!

A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to review a JORD watch. I love watches, and wear one all the time, so this review was right up my alley! And I’m happy to report that this post includes a GIVEAWAY! Read through and please enter for your chance to win!

I feel really lucky that I had the chance to select my own model; I immediately went with the Frankie in Ebony & Gold.

Let me preface my thoughts by saying that I have really, really small wrists. Even though I currently own 10+ watches (and the coveted Apple Watch is next on my list. A little birdie tells me that the new version is coming soon!) I have to be very careful about what I purchase. If I can find a watch I like, chances are the band is going to be too large & I have to beg my husband to help me size down the band for my teeny wrists.

So it was no different with the JORD watch. It definitely requires some sizing. Fortunately there are no surprises in how to size the watch so all you need is your handy tools (a very small screwdriver works best) and it’ll be sized in no time! But if you don’t feel like dealing with all that yourself, guess what, JORD will size it for you! How awesome is that.

The face of this particular model is a bit bigger than I’m used to, but the watch is so gorgeous you could treat this as a bracelet. It’s made with fine crafted wood (smells great!) and already had the battery and time set for me. Score! The bands of their watches — which are available for both women and men — are made of the finest wood ranging from zebrawood, maple, koa, sandalwood, ebony, and rosewood; and the faces are made with mother-of-pearl, rose gold, and silver. You have your pick of the litter!

The watch has a deployment buckle with two push buttons that is easy to open. It’s so lightweight you don’t even realize you’re wearing a watch.

For the average consumer, I think the price point ($120 – $295) is a little on the steep side, but considering the careful craftsmanship that goes into each timepiece, you’re investing in a high-quality piece of art. It’s a great item to give as a gift and Graduation Day is coming soon!

You won’t regret owning a #JordWatch. Visit JORD’s website to make your selection today.
